Late entries may be accepted subject to payment of R50 late entry fee.\n A max imum of 180 players will be allowed to participate in the event.\n Regist ration to be made using the South African Chess Hub website and payment to be made via PayFast or EFT/cash deposit.  A R25 administration fee will be levied if a player request that his registration be changed or requires a refund due to withdrawal from the event.\n Banking information will be emailed once the booking has been made. Booking is only confirmed once pa id.
