SUMMARY:JHB Metro Open Tournament
DESCRIPTION:\n 	The tournament will be a 5 round Swiss tournament on the Li
 chess platform.\n 	Time control is 60/60\n 	Prize Money: First Place = R10
 00\; Second Place = R500\; Third Place = R250\n 	Pairings will be done man
 ually using the Swiss Manager system and will be published on Chess-Result
 s as well as a tournament WhatsApp group\n 	In each round\, the player on 
 white must issue a challenge to their opponent on black.\n 	1st round Star
 ts at 8.00 am sharp\n 	All players must be logged into Lichess no later th
 an 7.45am\n 	Players must not log out of the tournament and must be commit
 ted to play all 5 rounds.\n 	Players must not get aid of any sort – we e
 xpect fair play from all players and to use their own ability. Cheating is
  monitored by Lichess.org The Fide sanctions for cheating or breaching the
  “Fair Play Policy” are:\n\n 	Revocation of titles and sport results.\
 n\n\n\nThese sanctions could be enforced by Chess SA and we will report an
 y suspicious behaviour. PLAY FAIR.\n\n 	Pairings will be done manually and
  all regulations in respect to using computer assistance will be strictly 
 monitored.\n 	Any person found guilty of cheating will be banned from part
 icipating in future events.\n 	The organizers reserve the right of admissi
 on to this event.\n 	The organizers reserve the right to cancel or resched
 ule this event should they consider this necessary\n\n\n 	The tournament w
 ill be rated as an online tournament.\n 	Entry closing date: 5 December 20
 20 @ 17:00. No late entries will be accepted.\n 	Entry fee is R60 per play
 er. Payment is made through the SA Chess Hub booking platform via Payfast.
  Do not make payment to JHB Metro Chess account.\n 	No Refunds if players 
 do not join from the start or are disconnected during the tournament. This
  includes an inability to play due to load shedding.\n 	Before you start t
 he entry procedures\, you need to sign up with Lichess.org if you do not a
 lready have a Lichess account. There is no cost involved in obtaining a Li
 chess account.\n\nCut off for registration is 5 pm on Saturday night (5 De
