SUMMARY:JMC Open - Open Section
DESCRIPTION:\n 	The tournament will be a 5 round Swiss tournament on the Li
 chess platform.\n 	Time control is 60/60\n 	Pairings will be done manually
  using the Swiss Manager system and will be published on Chess-Results as 
 well as a tournament WhatsApp group\n 	In each round\, the player on white
  must issue a challenge to their opponent on black.\n 	1st round Starts at
  8.00 am sharp\n 	All players must be logged into Lichess no later than 7.
 45am\n 	Players must not log out of the tournament and must be committed t
 o play all 5 rounds.\n 	Players must not get aid of any sort – we expect
  fair play from all players and to use their own ability. Cheating is moni
 tored by Lichess.org The Fide sanctions for cheating or breaching the “F
 air Play Policy” are:\n\n 	Revocation of titles and sport results.\n\n\n
 \nThese sanctions could be enforced by Chess SA and we will report any sus
 picious behaviour. PLAY FAIR.\n\n 	Pairings will be done manually and all 
 regulations in respect to using computer assistance will be strictly monit
 ored.\n 	Any person found guilty of cheating will be banned from participa
 ting in future events.\n 	The organizers reserve the right of admission to
  this event.\n 	The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule t
 his event should they consider this necessary\n\n\n 	The tournament will b
 e rated as an online tournament.\n 	Entry closing date: 14 November 2020 @
  17:00. No late entries will be accepted.\n 	Entry fee is R60 per player. 
 Payment is made through the SA Chess Hub booking platform via Payfast. Do 
 not make payment to JHB Metro Chess account.\n 	No Refunds if players do n
 ot join from the start or are disconnected during the tournament. This inc
 ludes an inability to play due to load shedding.\n 	Before you start the e
 ntry procedures\, you need to sign up with Lichess.org if you do not alrea
 dy have a Lichess account. There is no cost involved in obtaining a Liches
 s account.\n\nCut off for registration is 5 pm on Saturday night (14 Novem
 ber). No late entries will be accepted.\n\nAfter you have entered\, please
