Players will have their en try fee refunded.\nCOVID – 19 TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES\nThe Wearing of Mask s will be compulsory for all players. Face Shields may be\nworn together w ith a mask that covers the nose and mouth.\nSanitising and Hand washing – All players will line up in front of the playing\nhall keeping at leas t a 1m distance between each player at all times and\ntheir hands will be sanitised before they are allowed to enter the venue.\nBoards and pieces w ill also be sanitised before and during the tournament.\nTemperature Measu rement Station – All players will report to a Temperature\nmeasurement s tation after their hands have been sanitised – Please arrive at\nleast 6 0 minutes before the start time of the tournament to allow enough\ntime fo r this. Should a player have an elevated temperature he / she will not\nbe allowed to play.\nEach player must have his / her own small bottle of han d sanitiser with him/\nher at all times.\nStringent Social Distancing meas ures must be followed at all times. All\nplayers will be spaced 1 to 1.5 m eters apart. Players must also follow social\ndistancing rules when enteri ng and leaving the playing venue as well as\nwhen outside on the campus gr ounds.\nParents / Guardians\nAll Parents / Guardians will have to wear Mas ks.\nNo Parent will be allowed inside the venue.\nNo spectators will be al lowed inside the playing venue. When your game is\ncompleted\, you must le ave the playing venue.
