Players will have their entry fee refunded.\nCOVID – 19 TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES\nThe Wearing of Masks will be compulsory for all players. Face Shields may be\nworn together with a m ask that covers the nose and mouth.\nSanitising and Hand washing – All p layers will line up in front of the playing\nhall keeping at least a 1m di stance between each player at all times and\ntheir hands will be sanitised before they are allowed to enter the venue.\nBoards and pieces will also be sanitised before and during the tournament.\nTemperature Measurement St ation – All players will report to a Temperature\nmeasurement station af ter their hands have been sanitised – Please arrive at\nleast 60 minutes before the start time of the tournament to allow enough\ntime for this. S hould a player have an elevated temperature he / she will not\nbe allowed to play.\nEach player must have his / her own small bottle of hand sanitis er with him/\nher at all times.\nStringent Social Distancing measures must be followed at all times. All\nplayers will be spaced 1 to 1.5 meters apa rt. Players must also follow social\ndistancing rules when entering and le aving the playing venue as well as\nwhen outside on the campus grounds.\nP arents / Guardians\nAll Parents / Guardians will have to wear Masks.\nNo P arent will be allowed inside the venue.\nNo spectators will be allowed ins ide the playing venue.
