The Organiser reserves the rig ht to move a\nplayer to the appropriate section in accordance with the lat est\nnational rating\; the player will be held liable for any additional\n portion of the entry fee which might arise due to the move between\nsectio ns.\n\nThe Organiser has the right to move unrated players between\nsectio ns at his/her own discretion and to combine or split sections to\nmaintain the integrity of the tournament.\n\nOnly players with confirmed payments will be added to the draw as\npublished on chess-results.com\n\nNo cell ph ones will be allowed in the playing area except for the TD\,\nChief Arbite r\, Arbiters and PC personnel.\n\nThe Organiser of the tournament and othe r tournament officials are\nnot responsible for the safety or property of players or spectators.\n\nThe player/parent/guardian gives consent for the player’s name\,\nsurname\, gender\, race\, date of birth to be submitte d to the rating\nagencies for the purposes of rating the tournament and th e rating\nagencies displaying it on their respective websites.\n\nThe play er/parent/guardian gives consent for photo's to be taken of\nthe players d uring the tournament and to be published on our\nSocial Media pages. Shoul d consent not be given please notify us\nbefore the tournament so that we can notify our photographers.\nTournament organisers reserve the right to move players from\nentered sections at their discretion – players so mov ed will be\nnotified prior to the commencement of the tournament.\nThe tou rnament organisers reserve the right to cancel the\ntournament. Players wi ll have their entry fee refunded.\n\nCOVID – 19 TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES\nT he Wearing of Masks will be compulsory for all players. Face Shields may b e\nworn together with a mask that covers the nose and mouth.\nSanitising a nd Hand washing – All players will line up in front of the playing\nhall keeping at least a 1m distance between each player at all times and\nthei r hands will be sanitised before they are allowed to enter the venue.\nBoa rds and pieces will also be sanitised before and during the tournament.\nT emperature Measurement Station – All players will report to a Temperatur e\nmeasurement station after their hands have been sanitised – Please ar rive at\nleast 60 minutes before the start time of the tournament to allow enough\ntime for this. Should a player have an elevated temperature he / she will not\nbe allowed to play.\nEach player must have his / her own sma ll bottle of hand sanitiser with him/\nher at all times.\nStringent Social Distancing measures must be followed at all times. All\nplayers will be s paced 1 to 1.5 meters apart. Players must also follow social\ndistancing r ules when entering and leaving the playing venue as well as\nwhen outside on the campus grounds.\nParents / Guardians\nAll Parents / Guardians will have to wear Masks.\nNo Parent will be allowed inside the venue.\nNo spect ators will be allowed inside the playing venue. When your game is\ncomplet ed\, you must leave the playing venue.
