Do I have to be a Welgemoed parent to participate? I’m <1300 rated, but my kids are longgg out of school:) and they did not go to Welgemoed 🙁

I have registered for the Welgemoed event and look forward to play.
However, I just realized that there is different rating types. I have not played rapid before, but even so I see I do have a rapid rating of 1300. I don’t know how it is calculated. I played in my first rapid tourney today at UCT, and they used my main rating (1158) The entry requirement for Welgemoed is <1300.
Does that refer to main rating or rapid specifically?
