REGISTRATION:
- Registration to be made using the South African Chess Hub website and payment to be made via PayFast or EFT/cash deposit. No cash at the venue.
- Late entries will be subject to an additional late entry fee of R 50 and will be allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for the first round of the relevant section.
- Players within 50 rating points may make submission to the LOC to play up in a higher rating section.
- Players withdrawing from the event will forfeit their entry fees.
Warning: The Western Cape Club Championships have been scheduled for the same weekend, details will be published by their LOC in due course.
