The closing date for registrations and payment is Thursday, 17 JULY 2025 at 21h00. Late entries will be subject to an additional late entry fee of R50 and will be allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for the first round of the relevant section.

Players with a rating within 50 points of a higher section may “play-up” into that section
