• 07:25 Vote of thanks.
• 07:30 Announcements: Chief Arbiter.
• 07:50 Players seated for round 1.
• 08:00 → 1st Round. Draws done at rate of play. Will start 10 minutes after last game is finished.

Sections:

• Sections A – E: Players selected on basis of strength vs strength (CHESS SA RATINGS). 
• Top 32 rank players (Ranked 1 – 32) in Section A; Next 32 rank players (Ranked 33 – 64) in Section B; Next 32 rank players (Ranked 65 – 96) in Section C; Next 32 rank players (Ranked 97 – 128) in  Section D; and Ranked 129 – 300 in Section E. Size of Sections A to E can change at organiser’s discretion.
• Age groups players will be allowed to enter in higher or Sections A – E.
• Section A – E: First 300 entries will be accepted.
• Section F – H: First 200 entries will be accepted.
• LSEN Sections: First 168 entries will be accepted.
• Fun Section: First 64 entries will be accepted.   

Tiebreaks

The following tiebreak system will be used to determine winners in case of equal points:

(1) Score; (2) Direct Encounter; (3) Buchholz System; (4) Sonneborn-Berger System; (5) Cumulative;           (6) Tournament Performance.
