• Opening Ceremony: 08:30
• Rounds 1–5: 09:00 – 16:00 (accelerated pairings)
• Default Time: 5 minutes per round (except R1 – no default time)
• Prize-giving: 30 minutes after the last round

• System: 5-Round Swiss (Rapid)
• Time Control: 10 minutes + 5 seconds increment

• Section A – Championship (Rated 1400+): R150
• Section B – Advanced / Intermediate (Rated below 1400): R100
• Section C – Beginners (Unrated): R50

Only the A & B sections will be Chessa Rated.

• Registration Deadline: Thursday, 25 November 2025 (midnight).
• Late Entries: Will not be accepted.
• Photo & Media Consent: By registering, parents/guardians/players consent to the use of photos & videos for social media.
• Section Movement: LOC/Chief Arbiter may move players to suitable sections.
