As part of the 2026 Alexforbes Battle Boards Chess Championships the organisers have launched the INVESTED Supportive Information Sessions presented by industry experts!! 🇿🇦♟️

💻 These free online sessions will be hosted on Microsoft Teams and are open to all chess players, parents, educators and coaches and will address important topics of using chess to create a smart nation (by WIM Anzel Laubscher) and a mental skills workshop (by WIM Denise Bouah).

👥 The series ends with a panel discussion on 30 April 2026 with the country’s best young chess talents who will be representing South Africa at the 46th FIDE Chess Olympiad in Uzbekistan in September 2026!!
