I recommend joining the tournament WhatsApp group as soon as possible for updates and to raise your venue question with the organisers.

Is there a possibility that players can come on Sunday and have a chance to be entered?
as always there are hiccups and last minute changes at these prior planned chess events, just thinking!
Unfortunately no late entries will be accepted at the venue for safety and other considerations (including delaying the tournament start). We are also at venue and equipment capacity. Anyone that turns up on the day will be turned away.
