Tournament details:
Platform: Lichess
Format: 7 Round Swiss (accelerated) – NOT Chess SA Rated
Time Control: Rapid: 10 minutes + 5 seconds increment per move

Registration closes on Thursday, 3 December 2020 at 9pm

Open	Lichess Rapid rating of more than 1600	R 50
Development	Lichess Rapid rating of 1600 and below	R 30

*Late registration charge of R20 per entry will be levied after the closing date up to Saturday, 5 December 2020 at 9am.

No Refunds if players do not join from the start or are disconnected during the tournament. This includes an inability to play due to load shedding.

Fair Play

Pairings are done as per Lichess pairing system and all regulations in respect to using computer assistance will be strictly monitored.
Please inform the Tournament Organisers should you suspect your opponent of breaching the fair play spirit.
Any person whose Lichess account is banned or flagged within 24 hours after the event will forfeit any prize money won and organisers reserve the right to report players to their regions or Chess SA.
The organizers reserve the right of admission to this event.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this event should they consider this necessary.
